Hiram Concepcion was extremely attentive, took calls during and after the purchase and the staff made the paper work process flow smoothly. I especially liked the electronic document signature process so traversing Miami-Dade traffic was not required. The best part is long after the sale, Hiram has turned out to be a good friend that is always available to provide advice and recommendations for boat servicing. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Probably the best experience I had with the broker ever. I was purchasing a vessel located in south Florida from New Jersey. Arney and Michelle guided me through the whole transaction over the phone and email and were super helpful in not just arranging all pre prepurchase paperwork and survey, but also helping with addressing the issues that came up after the transaction was completed.

FYI continues to have a such dedicate team! I Have purchased two boats through them. They handle finding you a boat all the way to closing and everything in between. Captian Hiram Concepcion even took me on the boat several times after closing to get me comfortable with my cruiser for the family.
