Ferretti Yachts 800: Premiere at Cattolica Shipyard

The inaugural Ferretti Yachts 800 was unveiled on July 18 at the Cattolica facility, completing the brand’s flybridge series refresh initiated in 2018. This addition offers a length of 24.47 meters and a beam of 5.91 meters. The yacht is the outcome of collaborative efforts between the Ferretti Group’s Engineering Department and Strategic Product Committee, steered by Piero Ferrari. The exterior styling is the work of Filippo Salvetti, while Ideaeitalia designed the interiors. For the French market, an edition with a reduced swim platform—while keeping the overall length at 24 meters—will be available to comply with local requirements.

Main Deck and Interior Highlights

On the main deck, a 7-square-meter beach club with a glass balustrade offers easy access to the sea. This area leads directly to crew quarters, which feature three cabins and can be accessed from the portside walkway. Inside, the yacht boasts 2-meter headroom and large windows for abundant natural light. The showcased vessel displays Classic decor with inviting, warm colors. Arranged for comfort, the layout has a lounge with a corner sofa, a distinct dining area with immediate galley access, and dedicated crew routes for privacy.

Sleeping Arrangements and Flybridge

The sleeping configuration provides a full-beam master suite, a VIP stateroom, and two guest cabins, together accommodating eight guests. Each room features its own en-suite bathroom. The 40-square-meter flybridge incorporates an outdoor dining area, bar, and a multi-purpose aft lounge ideal for unwinding or socializing.

Performance and Technical Details

The first Ferretti Yachts 800 is equipped with twin MAN V12 motors, each providing 1800 hp. This setup allows speeds up to 31 knots, with a cruising pace of 27 knots, promising efficient travel on long journeys.
