One of the largest production motor yachts of her era (only the early Hatteras 70 MY rivaled her in size), the Chris Craft Roamer is a traditional flush deck design whose attractive lines, aluminum construction, and spacious accommodations attracted a good deal of interest in the motor yacht community. (Indeed, the fact that the Roamer was built of marine-grade aluminum appealed to early-1970s buyers who were still uncertain about the long-term viability of fiberglass construction in a boat this size.)

A comfortable yacht, the Roamer features a split-level layout with a deckhouse salon and lower-level dining area, two staterooms (each with a private head, and crew quarters forward. The galley is on the deckhouse level, open to the spacious full-width and extended main salon with a large walk-behind bar. The small aft deck is suitable for line-handling duties, and while the flybridge isn’t large by today’s standards, it’s still able to accommodate a small crowd with ease.

Equipped with Standard 12V-71 diesels.
