Description
Sandcastle is a beautifully redecorated and mechanically retrofitted Johnson 70 Euro model. The Euro is a bill Dixon design with enormous exterior and interior spaces and fast performance. Her captain has diligently maintained this pristine yacht.
Her layout is an entertainment and liveaboard dream and she flows flawlessly from her oversized swim step to the extremely large aft deck. You enter through double glass slider doors to a spacious salon with service bar. The spacious galley just forward offers a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances with wine cooler and dishwasher with a dinette adjacent.
The owner’s stateroom is located aft via a separate staircase and boasts a king bed with ensuite head and walk in closet. There is also a full sized washer and dryer stack in a separate closet.
