Description

Offered for sale is a well maintained 2001 Carver 530 Voyager equipped with twin 480hp Volvo turbo diesels, and a Onan generator. The Volvo’s cruise this vessel at approximately 18-20 knots, and only have 1050 hours on them. Known as The best-selling yacht in her class for several years, the 530 Voyager was the flagship of the Carver fleet when she was introduced in 1998. Her classic pilothouse lines will probably always be in style, and the Voyager’s spacious cherry wood interior ranked with the most comfortable cruising yachts of her day. The layout has the galley forward in the salon rather than on the pilothouse level as it is in many similar yachts. A curved settee is next to the centerline lower helm, and steps behind the helm lead up to the bridge. The pilothouse door is a plus, but rear visibility from the lower helm is compromised by the raised galley cabinets. There are three staterooms and two heads below including a full-beam master with washer/dryer cabinet and tub/shower in the private head. A walkaround queen berth is in the forward VIP stateroom, and the third guest stateroom’s berths can convert to a sofa. On the upper deck, aft of the helm, is a circular lounge area with a molded table that accommodates eight or nine adults. Additional features include dinghy davit crane, custom bow cushions, cockpit engine room access, joystick steering, and bow/stern thrusters. This Carver is currently located in fresh water, in Havre de Grace MD. To schedule a showing, please contact Josh @ Argentino Marine Sales. Thanks!
