This is currently the only Palm Beach 50′ available in the United States! Hull number 27, built in Australia and delivered to Florida where she made one trip to the Bahamas and was then delivered to her original owner in Michigan. She stayed in Fresh Water until 2018 when her current owner (second owner) purchased her and had her trucked to Annapolis to take delivery. Upon arriving Annapolis, she was launched and run a short distance to the Northern part of the Chesapeake Bay mostly considered fresh water (slightly brackish) in Georgetown MD. She has lived in Georgetown Maryland since and arrived in Annapolis Monday, October 2nd to be sold.
Her owner has enjoyed her gently on the Chesapeake Bay only and has been a highly responsible owner always providing an “open checkbook” to her Yacht Management team to handle all aspects of maintenance. The engines have just over 500 hours. Original survey from when this owner purchased in 2018 listed her in “excellent condition” and she remains this way today.
