Well maintained 1979 Trojan 44 Flybridge DAYS OFF II a classic vessel
owned since 1987 by the sellers.

DAYS OFF II is a great value for someone looking for something in the live-aboard category including features:

• Two staterooms with plenty of storage in each cabin.  Walk around queen berth in aft stateroom.
• Two heads, but aft head (lecture/San system) is not plumbed to holding tank and is set to discharge overboard.
• Vessel has four electric heaters but no A/C.
• Last bottom paint 2018.
• Custom wood package on vessel interior and aft deck pilot area.
• Vessel has twin 320 Cummins 903 diesel engines with per seller’s written records, only 1,059.1 hours on stbd engine and 932.5 on port engine.  Seller started up engines recently and stated they sounded good.
• Very clean engine room.
• Rails recently varnished.
• Vessel has 420 gallon fuel capacity, two 110 gal fuel tanks in engine room and two 100 gal fuel tanks under the aft bunk.  Vessel has two 100 gallon water tanks.
• 12Kw generator works – she had an electrical repairs to generator a few years ago.  Muffler replaced on generator one year ago.
• Seller states, all batteries were replaced approximately one year ago.
• Sun pads for bow.
• All through hulls were replaced some years ago except for an original gate valve which nay have a slight leak.
• Interior carpet and exterior Plexiglass in need of replacement.
