Description
That’s My Girl is the finest example of a Meridian 441 Motor Yacht on the market! This boat is in Bristol condition and is truly a turnkey option for her next owner. The current owner, who is in the jet aircraft and helicopter maintenance business has maintained this vessel to the highest standard!
When you board the vessel from the dock to the integrated swim platform, it will become crystal clear why this should be your next boat. The gel coat is freshly waxed, and the vessel undergoes regular exterior cleaning by a professional yacht maintenance company.
As you walk across the swim platform, the second thing you will notice is thoughtful design. Meridian incorporates a path, under a hinged lid, for the single 50 AMP power cable to exit the vessel without becoming a trip hazard. Retrieval of the power cord is also made easy with the use of the Glendinning power cord system.
When you enter the cockpit through the hinged, solid door, you will appreciate the full overhead coverage from the fly bridge, protecting this area and its occupants from the elements. There is also a near full width bench seat, with storage underneath, incorporated into the aft portion of this deck. There is also plenty of room for some loose deck chairs and a table allowing you to turn this into a wonderful alfresco area.
As you enter the salon area through the massive sliding glass doors with highly polished stainless-steel framework, the first thing you will notice are the beautiful, faux hardwood floors. This means clean up from water or sand tracked in is a breeze, and there is no carpet to hold dirt or unwanted odors. The lower salon area is a very comfortable place served with an L shaped sofa, two loose chairs to port, with a small table area between them. To starboard aft, there is also the built in U-Line ice maker located directly beneath and bottle and glass storage area. The aft port area is occupied by the LG smart TV, a cabinet containing the electronics for the TV satellite system, including an Onkyo surround sound receiver, LG DCD player and Bose surround sound speakers, as well as the AC/DC breaker panel. Inside this panel you will also find the digital remote control for the Onan 13.5 KW generator as well as the Lumishore underwater light control.
Moving up and forward a few steps takes you to the galley/dinette area. This is also a great space with a full open concept design with the lower salon area. In the galley, the chef in your crew will be pleased to see nice large, deep twin stainless-steel sinks, a three burned Kenyon glass cook top located underneath a removable counter panel as well as a Cuisinart microwave/convection oven. Perishable supplies for your voyage are contained within a Norcold AC/DC full size marine refrigerator. On the starboard side of this area is a dinette area that seats at least 6 adults in comfort. This is a wonderful place to share meals or game night.
Both of these areas have a blind system over the windows giving you privacy and protection from the sun. A final thought that will likely run through your mind is the perfect condition of interior wood work, head liner as well as the new upholstery on all soft goods here!
Again, moving forward and down several steps will take you to the accommodations level. This area is all carpeted to for noise reduction and also comes with a removable, snap-in carpet runner. The first door you arrive at, on the starboard side is the entrance to the VIP cabin. This cabin comes complete with an island queen berth, a wonderful desk or make-up area with a small lounge next to it. There is also an in-hull window allowing ambient light to flood the area. It also contains the Splendide combo washer/dryer tastefully hidden behind bifold cabinet doors. There are also two large, cedar lined hanging closets, an LG smart TV, LG DVD player and an individual climate control panel, allowing you to set the temperature to your preference. Finally, there is also a private entrance to the wet head that also serves as the day head.
Moving forward from the VIP cabin brings you to another door, this one leading to the master stateroom. As you walk through the door, to your private oasis, you will note the queen island berth, with plenty of storage both underneath and around the edges. Overhead is an opening hatch complete with built in sunshade or bug screen. There are also opening port lights along the perimeter of this cabin. Just aft on the port side of this cabin is a large, very well appointed head complete with a vanity, separate shower stall and Vacuflush head. There are several lighting options available to suit your mood as well. Entertainment is provided with an LG smart TV, LG DVD player and a stereo with concealed speakers. Personal comfort is also ensured with yet another touch panel allowing you to control the heat/AC for this area.
All interior areas are also easily kept clean with the built in central vacuum system.
The final area to discuss inside is the massive “garage” area located under the floor of the salon. This is easily accessed by lifting the floor hatch, assisted by pneumatic lift struts, to reveal a set of stairs and a hand rail leading into this area. There is a massive about of space for ships stores, folding bikes, spares, or all of the above. You will also note that many of the vessels’ common maintenance items are also located here behind hinged doors. This area also contains two 50 AMP Promarine battery chargers as well as a secondars DC breaker panel.
Moving back out to the cockpit, you will then climb the stairway, through a large, hinged door to the fly bridge. This is probably the most impressive part of this vessel! It is simply HUGE! The full hardtop, complete with three opening ceiling hatches, gives one a sense of protection while in this area. The owner has replaced all canvas with polycarbonate glass, giving you the impression you are in fact looking through windows! There is a very large dinette/seating area located aft here, forward of the seating area under a hinged cover is the Kenyon electric grill. Forward in to center is the wet bar area with ample storage underneath. Next to this you will also find a cabinet that contains a Dometic refrigerator/freezer providing a ready supply of your choice of beverage. On top of this cabinet is also, you guessed it, another LG smart TV! Immediately forward of this area is the port side helm seating bench with plenty of room for three adults. Finally at the helm station, you will find two Raymarine Hybrid Touch 12” MFD’s. There is also a Raymarine hi-def open array color radar, Raymarine auto pilot and well as a black box VHF radio. Should your cruising plans involve nighttime running, this vessel is also equipped with FLIR night vision technology. Finally, the Cummins engines are controlled with a digital electronic shift/throttle system that is also networked into the GPS system allowing you to enable the “sky hook” system when waiting for a bridge to open or other obstruction to clear. This system holds the vessel in position regardless of current or wind! Finally, docking is a breeze when you transfer control to the “joystick! This allows the operator to move the vessel in any direction by simply moving this control in the direction you wish to move.
The mechanical system on the vessel is also easily accessed by a large hatch in the sole of the aft deck. Again, there is a convenient set of steps taking you down to the engine room. The first thing that will strike you here is the cleanliness of this area! You could serve a meal down here wearing white clothes and emerge spotless! Both of the Cummins QSB 6.7 480 HP high output diesels are here with the Zeus pod systems. The port engine has 446 hours and the starboard engine 445 hours. Located directly aft on centerline is the Onan 13.5KW generator, in a sound shield. The generator has 486 hours on it. All mechanical systems are freshly serviced and ready to go.
