- Complete haul out & Bottom Job, Painted bottom with 2 coats and a 3rd coat around the waterline
- Mediablasted running gear to bare metal and applied 2 coats of Pettit Barnacle Barrier Coat antifoulant.
- Clean, Sand, Prep Bow & Stern Thruster and applied 2 coats of antifoulant onto paint.
- Replace zincs on shafts & Rudders
- Install opening door scoop on A/C intake. Relocate macerator discharge aft to location the owner could reach. Glassed and finished out the old hole and replaced holding tank vent and cleared hose.
- Replaced port & starboard shaft seals
- Removed props and had them reconditioned
- Dynamic balanced both props
- Removed existing motor mounts and replaced with new Cummins units. Took boat out for a sea trial to align the engines.
- Replaced Rubber seals and cleaned out rudder seal boxes
- Buff & Wax Hull Sides of vessel
