41 ft Custom 1980

This 41-foot 1980 Grand Bahama Custom Sedan is great for cruising, fishing, has lots of storage, and makes an excellent live aboard.  Its huge salon includes a 10-foot couch, entertainment center, and galley with full size fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove tops and oven. The master stateroom includes new mattress and an ensuite head with shower/tub; Guest cabin with storage area. It’s former owner, a US Coast Guard officer and pilot, lived aboard this vessel for 26 years. A November 2022 survey indicated living quarters, mechanical, electrical, and fuel systems as good overall.

The vessel is powered by twin Perkins 200 HP 6-cylinder diesels, freshwater cooled, with 2708 + 2800 hours. Two fuel tanks offer 450-gallon total capacity. 

The forward console with helm chair is on center, with multiple twin gauges. Equipment includes Standard Horizon VHF Marine radio, two (2) Furuno multifunction chart plotters/GPS/radar, Furuno GP33, Autohelm 6000 autopilot, all installed with last two years. New 6KW Northern Lights generator installed 2022 with less than 200 hours on it. 

Stainless steel handrails, grab rails, steel bow rail, stainless steel cleats. The vessel also includes fresh water tank, fresh water pressure system, holding tank, electric anchor winch, Danforth anchor, chain, line.  Stern Danforth anchor, chain, line. Full isinglass cockpit enclosure for cool weather.
