Owning a yacht like this Sea Ray 40 Motor Yacht is a lifestyle full of fun.  This is the last year they made the Sea Ray 40 Motor Yacht. Cruising in your own boat is a dream come true and a lifestyle you'll love.  The K~Sea is a voluminous, peppy cruiser built for family fun. 

Sea Ray’s 40 Motor Yacht differs from traditional motor yachts in that the helm and aft deck are on the same level. The advantage of this layout is that it keeps the captain in the social center of the boat rather than isolated on a flybridge.

She receives high marks for her spacious interior and luxurious accommodations. The light-filled salon is accented with high-gloss cherry cabinets, wood flooring and leather upholstery.  The sofa makes a bed and the two leather chairs recline.  Talk about RELAX!  Stateroom flooring is carpet.

The galley, which is down from the salon level, benefits from the natural light that flows from an overhead skylight and has a Convection Microwave oven, full size Norcold Refrigerator, plenty of counter space for meal preparation and two burners on the electric stove top.   Raise the steps in the galley and you’ll find the Splendid washer/dryer that is easily accessible.

The “K~Sea” is in Pristine condition, a fresh water boat with twin Cummins Diesels and two large staterooms. Master in aft has a centerline Queen bed, large flat screen TV, a safe and head with separate shower and separate toilet . Forward stateroom starboard double bed with another on port that converts to a sofa. 

There are FOUR A/C’s (One in each stateroom, one at the spacious helm and one in main salon)…each having their own separate personal controls. The Sea Deck style flooring at helm and aft deck look like new!  The same flooring is on the hydraulic swim platform.
