This 1987 Chris-Craft 362 Catalina is a spacious 36′ “Lake House” or family cruiser with interior accommodations of a larger yacht. Her beam is 12′ 4″ making her seem even larger. This Chris-Craft is in good condition, has been well maintained and shows very cleanly. The “Lake House” has spent her life cruising the short seasons of the freshwater Lake Winnipesaukee. Also, this vessel works excellently as a condo on the lake for those looking for a lakefront experience.

Exterior.

The huge cockpit is great for entertaining, fishing, or even as a great vantage point to take in the beautiful scenery. The flybridge also has good visibility along with a bimini top and well thought out controls. Additionally, the generous space and additional seating allows for a great area for sunbathing. Roaring to life with her original twin Crusader 270 Hp. engines the Lake House supplies 540 Hp. to cruise through summer with. With accommodations such as the generator, shore power, AC and heating, this 36′ vessel is a comfortable liveaboard regardless of the weather.

Interior.

Below deck, this Catalina opens up into a roomy saloon. Additionally, adorned in Teakwood, the salon is quite spacious and can be accessed by the aft deck. The cabin windows are large and allow for easy ventilation and lighting. Additionally, this saloon is complete with a couch and TV set. Moving forward there is an extensive galley starboard that includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, sink and several storage options. In addition, on the port side, the dinette was transformed by previous owners to expand the galley’s counter space and storage.

 Staterooms.

This 362 Catalina has two large staterooms with connecting heads. The bow stateroom is spacious with cabinet storage and additional storage beneath the double bed. The head has a marine head and a shower with the sink in the stateroom. The master stateroom is found completely aft. It consists of a centerline queen berth, cabinet, drawers, hanging locker and a built-in vanity with a stool & mirror. Also The master head and shower is a private yet well lit space that offers a head, sink, shower and vanity with a large counter space and additional storage underneath.
