1996 BAYLINER 3587 TRI CABIN MOTOR YACHT ----- Mechanics special.
Transferable slip Elliot Bay Marina Seattle
Offers 3 staterooms that includes an Aft Master State room cabin with an ensuite head, a Forward VIP State room with a separate guest head and a Mid-Cabin that can be opened to the VIP State room or closed to provide a single birth. The aft deck is protected with a hardtop that supports comfortable year-round boating throughout the Pacific Northwest. The "stairs" (vs ladders) throughout all 4 decks provides easy and comfortable boarding and access throughout the boat.
Selling as kids are getting older and leaving home, so now downsizing to a smaller boat. Other than the engine concern, the rest of the boat is in good working condition and they have enjoying many years with family on the boat.
You can either rebuild or replace the starboard engine. While the boat is out of the water for mechanical needs the bottom paint is due.
Inside the cushions need to be reupholstered as they are original and worn. The carpets are ok, but could be cleaned or simply just replaced.
Sellers are willing to include with boat, sell separately or just keep the dingy that was purchased from Ballard Inflatable Boats in 2016 with 9.8 HP electric start Tohatsu outboard. Aluminum hull, Hypalon tubes. Holds air well. Gets up on the plane at around 12 knots and can get to about 18-20 knots depending on how much weight it has. They even used it to pull kids on an inflatable.
