Since 2023, the current owner has been using it as a condo in Key West’s popular Garrison Bight Marina which has a 20′ wide slip. This price includes rights to the slip which typically sells for as much as we are asking for the yacht.
The owner is willing to entertain offers on the vessel on its own or the slip with forfeit of the yacht. You must have a yacht to replace in order to transfer the slip in which, The City of Key West charges a fee for. The current monthly slip fee is $1,125.
She has very strong bones and is very original. Major bottom job was completed in 2023. The hull paint is original and it’s still in nice condition for her age. She also has a flybridge enclosure that is new and has never been installed.
